General Information

• The Programme runs from October until April each year and starts on Sundays (arrival day).
  No more than 2 groups could be trained during the same week.
  Priority will be given according to the date of application.
• The participants are hosted in double rooms with private bathrooms. Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included.
• The courses (Phase 2) take place at Achipelagos Research Center, Archipelagos Conference Room, Laboratories, and on private vessels.
• The size of each group is a minimum of 10 participants and a maximum of 20. If the maximum number is bigger than 20 we can accept them, only if we know the exact number at least 2 months before the arrival date.
  For every 10 participating students, there should be 1 accompanying person/educator.
• The participatory fee is between 980,00 euro and 1080,00 euro (depending on the period) and includes:

– Accommodation & three (3) meals every day
– Training activities, visits, and day cruise
– Transportation
– One specialized trainer (member of our staff) per group
– Participation in the optional activities of Phase 1 & 3

A deposit of 300 euros per participant is required, once the participant receives the application acceptance notice. We guarantee a refund in case of cancellation for one or more persons (unless the remaining are more than 10 participants) until 1 month before the starting date of the tours. The final payment of the participatory fee shall be paid a maximum of 1 week prior to the visit.
